Health also defined as the overall condition of an organism at a given time in regard to soundness of mind and body and freedom from disease and abnormality. This definition of health was introduced in 1948 by WHO (World Health Organization). Theres a saying that when there is a good health then one can produce a good wealth. Health is related to overall fitness of the body.
There can be two aspects of health. Mental health and Physical health.
Mental Health : It is related to sound and active mind. The emotional nature is related to the mind of that particular person. There can be mental disorders due to stress, disturbance in life, bad experiences, genetic disorder etc. According to World Health Organization mental health is defined as, �a state of well being in which the individual realizes his or her needs, can cope with normal stress of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and can make contribution to his or her community.
Physical Health : It is related to good and fit body health and is result of proper exercise, proper diet, yoga and meditation etc. There can be many physical disorders which can be due to accidents or due to not fit regime and thus results in diabetes, color blindness, back pain etc. The physical health can also be influenced by daily schedule and standard of living.
To maintain proper health one needs to have proper diet, strict regime and daily yoga or exercise. Maintaining proper and clean diet helps a lot to have a healthy life. To have good and sound mental health one should indulge in meditation and have some courses like stress management.
