Mental Health or Mental Illness refers to Mental Disorder. Anxiety, Burden, Stress, Tension all these makes the human mind unconscious. Insensible people cannot spend their life in better way as normal can. As every entity can become aware of their work ability and work out with normal pressure. But abnormal persons are not able to take decisions more effectively. Alcohol dependence is another kind of Mental illness. People who are addicted to alcohol or any kind of drug leads to disorder . Avoidable Personality Disorder like shyness,inferiority complex all that cause the mental health. Social phobia means afraid from height, diving or darkness and any kind of fear which forces human mind to think before doing anything.
